1. Why your company the price is lowest?

because we are offer factory price for all item.

2. How can i order from your company?

You can use our shopping cart to try order your goods, and choose your country, then you can see the shipping cost in order page.

3. I get error package, how can i refund it?

Please do the photo with express mail waybill, and send it to us, then we can check it. If we do error the goods to you, we are very sorry, please refund it to us, then we can re-send it to you.

4. Why my package back to china?

If your package back to china, please check your address again, because you are put error address or postal code, and you need pay the shipping cost again, then we can shipping it.

5. If i order the error item or size, how can i change it?

You can refund it to us, and you need pay all shipping cost again, then we can change it and re-send to you.

6. If i put error country or i want change the discount code, how can i change them?

You need add order any one item, and choose right country or use new discount code again, add it to your old order to change them. If you don't want that item, you can delete it in your order, thanks!

7. Why my tracking number no have update or can't tracking it?

Normal we send tracking number to you, you can tracking it after 24-48 hours, but not including Saturday and Sunday.

(1)If your package send out china to usa, the status still 5 days no have update, please email your tracking number to us, then we can contact ems to check it.

(2)If your package in China customs 5 days and more, please let us know, then we can re-send your goods.

(3)If your package send out the time at Christmas or Chinese festival, then it will delayed a few days.
